UniEliCare is not a medical provider, hospital, or emergency care service. Our services are intended for non-emergency informational support only, and should not be used as a substitute for in-person medical diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care.

3. Nature of Services: Video Consultations Only

All consultations through UniEliCare are delivered exclusively via secure video conferencing platforms. We do not offer in-person visits, evaluations, or treatments.

Our listed providers may include developmental professionals such as:

  • Therapists
  • Behavioral coaches
  • Educational consultants

These video consultations are intended to offer guidance, strategies, and support, not clinical or emergency care.

If you or your child are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency facility.
